This course will give you the skills and knowledge to creatively discuss and develop ideas for your work. It will assist in generating and problem-solving ideas in a team environment. You will practice creative and critical thinking techniques which will be useful in all aspects of your work.

Skills Recognition

To study any course at CIT (excluding degrees and non-accredited training) you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

Literacy Skills Information

We suggest that you will need Australian Core Skills Framework literacy levels of at least 3 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication and, depending on your course of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this course.       Description: This unit describes skills and knowledge required to apply critical thinking skills to generate solutions to workplace problems in a team environment. The unit applies to individuals who are required to develop and extend their critical and creative thinking skills to different issues and situations. These individuals apply a range of problem solving, evaluation and analytical skills resolve workplace issues within a team context.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
