CIT Student Support

At CIT, staff in CIT Student Support can provide you with guidance, referral and support through services such as counselling, disability support, migrant support and careers advice. While CIT Student Support has dedicated locations at four CIT sites, we assist students studying at all CIT locations. Phone or online support is available as an option.

Services are free, and confidential within the CIT Student Support team, which means information may be shared within the team to ensure you are provided with the best possible service.

Office hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm.

Main office locations: CIT Reid, Block A, Level 1, Room A110a (above Café Yala) and CIT Bruce Block H, Level 1, Room H136 (above Café Yala). Other CIT sites are by appointment only.

Appointment types: Phone, online video call (Teams Telehealth) or face to face.

All personal information collected by CIT is managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014 (ACT). CIT will not disclose your personal information to any third party, including your parent/guardian, without your consent, unless there is a legislative requirement to do so.
