Blue Eyes is a 1920s-style cocktail bar in the heart of Old Hollywood. We’re looking for a passionate young chef to join our team. We’re expanding our culinary offerings and think this is a great chance for a talented chef to show off their skills in a creative and innovative way.

Our small kitchen needs a concise, simple, yet elegant a la carte menu. We’re looking for someone who can help design the menu, monitor Food COGs & maintain food & health safety compliance. Cocktail , FOH & Admin (PnL, Costings & Reporting) training can also be provided for their professional development.
