Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Engineer L2 to provide first and second-level technical assistance to our customers. Key responsibilities include managing ICT issues, troubleshooting Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services, and delivering support for Microsoft Cloud Technologies like M365 and Teams. Ideal candidates will have proven IT support experience, strong skills in Windows environments, and familiarity with ServiceNow.
