This course is your first step to learning new skills in business administration, reception skills and digital literacy. You will learn in an exciting real life business environment called the Simulated Business which provides the opportunity to gain essential experience working with other students in a realistic workplace environment.

Duration: |
Fifteen weeks at 3 days per week (18 hours per week) or part-time equivalent. Plus, an additional 10 hours per week (approx.) individual learning such as research, online activities, projects, teamwork, etc.
Flexible/blended options are available at CIT Bruce, CIT Reid, CIT Tuggeranong and CIT Gungahlin. This is a self-paced mode of delivery and provides flexibility if you are unable to commit to full-time study. |

Literacy Skills Information
We suggest that you will need Australian Core Skills Framework levels of at least 2 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication and, depending on your course of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this course. If you do not have this level, you can still enrol and seek support to improve your skills or you may prefer to begin with a lower level course, or enrol in the Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways (FSK20119) to develop your literacy skills.
