Open Gardens Scholarship

Horticulture and Floristry

The Open Gardens Canberra Scholarship provides an exciting opportunity for a non-apprenticed student currently studying any CIT Horticulture course.

One scholarship for the value of $2,000, provided in two payments, is available to students who have successfully completed eight units of competency. The scholarship can be used towards tuition fees, textbooks and equipment. In addition to the scholarship, the successful recipient will be invited to assist Open Gardens Canberra in practical activities such as inspection and selection visits to Canberra and region gardens wishing to open to the public, preparation visits before opening and helping on an open day.
