Refunds
A full refund of all fees will be approved (except for international student administration and recruitment fees) if:
- CIT cancels a course in which a student has registered and paid fees
- a student withdraws (excluding International students), and advises CIT of that withdrawal by completing the Withdrawal request form, before the due date of relevant fees and before any applicable census date
- a student withdraws (excluding International students), and advises CIT of that withdrawal by submitting the Withdrawal request form 10 working days or more prior to the date of classes commencing
- CIT will approve a refund or credit of 50 per cent (50%) of fees paid where a student withdraws (excluding International students), and advises CIT of that withdrawal by submitting the Withdrawal request form within 10 working days prior to the date of classes commencing.
- for international students, if the student cancels their enrolment in writing by emailing ISAdvisors@cit.edu.au at least 14 days before the commencement of the course.

CIT may give a refund to students under exceptional circumstances. For further information please refer to the Fees and Refunds Policy located Current Students > Information > Student Policies > Fees and Refunds Policy. Applications for a Refund should be submitted to infoline@cit.edu.au and must be received within two weeks of the notification of the withdrawal.
