Women's Legal Centre ACT - Free Legal Advice at CIT
The Women's Legal Centre ACT (WLC) has partnered with CIT to provide free and confidential legal help through the Working Women's Centre ACT Program.
Who does this service support?
They support women, trans and gender-diverse workers by building awareness of workplace rights and entitlements and providing connections with free legal assistance.
What issues can I get help with?
You can get help with common and gendered workplace issues sucj as:
- sexual harassment
- underpayments
- dismissal and redundancy
- discrimination at work or other areas of public life
- family violence and work
- accessing leave and other entitlements
- conduct and performance issues.
