CIT Australian Apprentice Income Threshold Form

As an Australian Apprentice you must be able to demonstrate and be assessed as experiencing financial hardship to receive a concession. If you have a gross income less than or equal to the income threshold , complete the following details and upload 2 recent payslips and submit the form. All personal information provided will be handled confidentially in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014. Details provided may be checked with or supplied to other authorised agencies e.g. NCVER/Centrelink/ATO where necessary or required by law.
