Overview
In the program you will begin to develop their own artistic voice. You will produce work that shows a proficiency with techniques in your chosen art form and be able to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems.
You will gain a broad and integrated factual, technical and theoretical knowledge with cognitive skills that allow you to analyse, compare and act on information from a range of sources.

2 semesters full-time (approx. 24 hours per week class time and an additional 6 hours per week independent study) OR part-time day and evenings.
Student intake offered in Semester 1, however there is flexibility to complete units from CUA41320 Certificate IV in Visual Arts and CUA51120 Diploma of Visual Arts throughout the year.

We suggest that you will need Australian Core Skills Framework literacy levels of at least 4 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication and, depending on your course of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this course.
