CIT Construction gets stylish new look from CIT Barbering

Barbering students at the Canberra Institute of Technology were recently at CIT Bruce offering cheap and stylish haircuts to our construction students and staff.

The Certificate III in Barbering (SHB30516) students are in the final stages of their training and needed to complete their latest assessments on real clients. The team at CIT Construction were only too happy to help out and volunteer their time, and hair, to this very worthy cause. Our barbering students were thrilled at CIT Construction’s offer to collaborate and help out.

Our barbering students walked away with some invaluable real-world experience, and the construction students and teachers walked away with brand new, and very stylish, haircuts.
