Currently the hours of Live Chat are as follows:

Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 11:50am and 2:00pm - 4:40pm.

Friday 9:00am - 11:50am and 2:00pm - 3:40pm.

Closed Weekends and ACT Public Holidays.
