Brighte Pathways: Women in Sustainable Energy Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a Scholarship, applicants must:

  • be Australian citizens or have permanent Australian resident status.
  • be enrolled or intending to enrol in one of the CIT qualifications starting in 2026.
  • be ACT residents.
  • be committed to complete the nominated qualification at CIT before the end of Semester 2, 2028.
  • agree to participate in outreach activities as an ambassador of the CIT renewable and future energy program for the duration of the scholarship.
  • not hold any other scholarship valued more than $500 in total at the time of application.
  • provide evidence of:
    1. a commitment to study; and
    2. commitment to the renewable energy and/or the sustainability industries.

Bunnings Trade Women in Apprenticeship Awards

Value:

Apprentice Support Pack worth approximately $10,500 each. Comprising of Bunnings Gift Cards, merchandise gift certificates, product packs, mentorship and 12-month National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) membership.

Eligibility Criteria: Be an Eligible Apprentice must be an Australian resident aged sixteen (16) years and over, identifying as female, who is currently completing a construction or traditional trade apprenticeship, or has recently graduated in the last twelve (12) months or at the latest date of outlined in the current terms and conditions.

GPG Women in Renewables Scholarships

Value: $3,300.00

Application Closing Date: Tuesday 31 March 2026

Number Available: Twelve

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a Scholarship, applicants must:

  • be Australian citizens or have permanent Australian resident status
  • be living and/or working in the ACT.
  • be female students 17 years or older. Mature aged female students are encouraged to apply
  • be enrolled or intending to enrol in one of the eligible CIT qualifications starting in either Semester1 or 2, 2026
  • committed to complete the nominated qualification at CIT before the end of Semester 2 2028
  • complete and submit the application form provided by CIT
  • not hold any other scholarship valued more than $500 in total at the time of application.
  • provide evidence of:
    1. a commitment to study; and
    2. commitment to the renewable energy and/or the sustainability industries.
  • be committed to participate in outreach activities as an ambassador of the CIT renewable and future energy program for the duration of the scholarship.

Applicants must submit the GPG CIT Scholarship Application Form in full, along with any requested supporting documentation to Canberra Institute of Technology by the advertised closing date.
