Overview

The Certificate III in Accounting qualification will prepare you to support your team. You will use Xero, create spreadsheets, run reports and gain other skills that are pivotal in a range of industries.

Duration:

1 semester (6 months) full-time day classes. 2 semesters (1 year) part-time night classes. You can finish in under 6 months or take 3 years in flexible mode.

Full-time - (approx. 20 hours) face-to-face classes per week.
Part-time - (approx.10 hours) face-to-face night classes per week.
Flexible - up to 2 years part-time, self-paced/online in our flexible learning centres in Tuggeranong, Bruce, Gungahlin and Reid

The total course cost may vary depending on the choice of elective subjects or if subjects are attempted more than once. Additional Information

This qualification includes subjects that contribute to a pathway to Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Following with the Diploma of Accounting and the Advanced Diploma of Accounting. Lower-level qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge are required for successful completion of higher-level courses.

Literacy Skills Information

We suggest that you will need Australian Core Skills Framework literacy levels of at least 3 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication and, depending on your course of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this course.
