CIT Restaurant
Welcome to the CIT Restaurant – a vibrant, state-of-the-art dining space where hospitality meets hands-on learning.
Designed with advanced technology, the restaurant is an industry-standard facility that provides a simulated work environment for our hospitality and culinary students. Under the guidance of expert teachers, students refine their skills in a real-world setting, gaining the confidence and experience they need to thrive in industry.
During semester, the CIT Restaurant offers delicious quality breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Whether you're planning a special occasion or a corporate function, it’s a unique and affordable dining experience, and one that directly supports the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Every guest plays a role in our students’ learning. Thank you for your support and patience as they take the first steps in their careers.
The CIT Restaurant also hosts selected special events throughout the year, so please book early.

CIT Woden, Ground Level, 36 Bradley Street, Phillip, 2606 ACT
From the boulevard, head toward the main revolving doors at Building B. Please note these doors are locked after 6pm. The CIT Restaurant entrance is just before the revolving doors, at the first set of doors on your right. These doors will also be locked, but a student will be ready to greet diners and let you inside.

The closest parking to the CIT Restaurant is paid parking in the Westfield Woden Neptune Car Park

Operating dates
The CIT Restaurant operates exclusive during designated teaching periods. Availability of dining spaces is limited and determined by the specific cohort schedule on each operational day.
The CIT Restaurant will re-open on Friday, 20 February 2026.

5pm to 6pm - CIT Bar: Happy Hour
- Booking Options: Walk-ins only

6pm to 8:30pm - CIT Restaurant: 5 Course Tasting Menu
- Booking Options: Online Bookings only through OpenTable (for parties over 12, see below)
- Menu: 5 Course Dinner Tasting Menu
Fridays
9am to 2pm – CIT Restaurant & CIT Produce Store: All Day Menu

Online bookings & waitlists
All dinner bookings must be made through our online system: CIT Restaurant – OpenTable Bookings.
Our CIT Restaurant dinner service is in high demand and often books out quickly. If no availability appears on OpenTable, it means all reservations for that date have been filled.
If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please email us at CITRestaurant@cit.edu.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate you if a spot does become available.
Group bookings for all CIT Restaurant service periods (over 12 guests)

CIT produce store
The CIT Produce Store features a regularly changing selection of ready-made, pre-packed takeaway meals, desserts, breads and charcuterie – all created and packaged by CIT students.
Availability and variety change weekly, reflecting the variable nature of student classes and culinary projects.

- Fridays: 9am – 2pm
