Our dental assisting courses will give you the skills and knowledge to support the work of dentists, dental specialists and oral health practitioners during dental procedures.

You will be able to maintain high standards of infection control and to assist with practice administration. You will study subjects in a wide range of areas including communication, workplace health and safety, infection control and processing reusable instruments and equipment in health work.

You could work as a dental assistant under the supervision of a dental professional in private practices or community health clinics.
