Rise & Dine: Breakfast by Future Chefs

Join CIT's emerging culinary and hospitality talent for a special breakfast experience available on just two mornings, Friday 25 September and Thursday 29 October 2026. Enjoy a delicious hot breakfast from a set menu, accompanied by a bakery item, juice and your choice of tea or barista-made coffee, all served in a welcoming dining environment while supporting the next generation of industry professionals.

This limited event offers great value while providing students with the opportunity to deliver a professional breakfast service. From preparing and presenting dishes through to hosting and serving guests, students will showcase their skills while gaining valuable real-world experience.

With only 40 seats available at each event, book early to avoid missing out.
