Pour & Pair with Contentious Character wines

Join us for a relaxed evening of wine, food and flavour as CIT hospitality and culinary students collaborate with Contentious Character for a unique tasting experience. 

Discover the flavours of four tasting stations, each offering two Contentious Character wine varieties paired with a substantial canapé created and prepared by CIT students under the guidance of their chef educators.

At each station, CIT hospitality and culinary students will guide you through the wines and accompanying dish, sharing the knowledge behind each pairing.
