Student Concerns and Feedback

Student concerns is a process designed to support students with issues they may be experiencing while studying at CIT that are able to be quickly resolved. If you have a concern you would like CIT to address on your behalf complete the form located at cit.edu.au/current/student_concerns.

We take complaints seriously and strive to ensure that all complaints are managed in a fair, consistent and timely manner, at no cost to the complainant.

We are committed to improving our practices or systems, where appropriate, as an outcome of a complaint.
