Following last year's sold-out event, CIT Restaurant is delighted to welcome renowned Chef Luca Ciano back for an unforgettable evening. Working alongside CIT's Commercial Cookery students, Chef Luca will present a specially curated menu inspired by his Italian heritage, celebrating the authentic flavours, traditions and hospitality of Italy.
