Dress Code: High-Vis

Join us for a night of connection, conversation and inspiration.

Whether you’re an apprentice, a seasoned alumna, or anywhere in between, this event is your chance to meet other women in trades, share experiences and hear from industry leaders who’ve forged their path in traditionally male-dominated fields.

Come as you are, high-vis, work boots and all. From landscaping and plumbing to electrical, carpentry and automotive, all trades are welcome.

On the night you can expect:

• Inspiring talks from women shaping the future of trades.
• Networking with apprentices, current students and alumni, and industry partners.
• Casual food and drinks prepared and served by CIT’s culinary and hospitality students.

This event is all about creating a space where women in trades can connect, learn from one another and celebrate the skills and resilience it takes to work in the industry.
