Sous Chef

Position available immediately for a cert 4 student in commercial cookery.

Availability weekdays, weekends. Flexible hours. Previous industry experience essential.  Please email with a copy of your certificates. Referee required-current lecturer/employer.

Responsibilities include helping creating daily specials, helping with food prep and cooking, working the line, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards.
