The 2300-acre park is peppered with word-class, architecturally-designed equestrian facilities. This stunning design flows through to the restaurant from the architecture of the venue itself to the décor, the carefully curated menu and the exceptional service.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for the direct food preparation, order and purchase of supplies as well as stock inventories. The Sous Chef may also manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring all staff comply with regulations and safety standards.
The Sous Chef is an assistant to the Head Chef assisting with the preparation and planning of menu’s, inventory and managing supplies and orders whilst working closely with the Restaurant Manager.
This role is hands on, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
