Duty Manager

We’re building something special at The Victoria Hotel Rutherglen, and we’re looking for a Duty Manager who wants to be part of what’s next.

This is a hands-on leadership role in an award-winning regional venue where standards matter, leadership is visible, and the guest experience is taken seriously.

You’ll lead from the floor, run a tight shift, and take real ownership of how the venue feels — across bar, restaurant, accommodation and events.
