Commis Chef

This role would suit a Commercial Cookery student or Graduate with 2 years kitchen experience.

The vacancy comes after one of the team, who started as a Commis Chef moved interstate to take on a junior Sous role.

Both kitchens are 100% Gluten Free with a new Modern multicultural menu that uses a range of cooking techniques.

The Exec Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef and Senior CDP are approachable, respectful and willing to teach you the practical skills that will support your career as a Chef.
