1 semester full-time (approx. 25 hours per week), OR part-time equivalent. In addition to this, you will be required to spend an average of approximately 10-20 hours per week on self-directed study, online learning, project and assignment work.

At CIT this program is part of a suite of programs which includes the Certificate III in Business/Certificate III in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, the Diploma of Leadership and Management and Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Lower level qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge are required for successful completion of higher level programs.

Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
or
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

To study any course at CIT (excluding degrees and non-accredited training) you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
