Overview

Learn the essentials for employing effective dispute resolution techniques and methods to resolving conflict. Gain an understanding of strategies and processes that can be used to resolve disputes. This course assumes you have used an industry standard residential building contract. You will be provided with recommendations that can be used to resolve building-related disputes in a positive manner.
