National Museum of Australia
"The National Museum of Australia is pleased to partner with the Canberra Institute of Technology to support education opportunities within the ACT region.
Over the last five years, CIT and the Museum have collaborated on a number of creative projects, including the CIT Fashion Parade, CIT’s Film and Television (FAT) awards and a host of other activities. These joint projects provide students from a range of disciplines with opportunities to develop, practice and polish their skills. In turn, the Museum receives valuable support and assistance in producing exciting programs that enrich the experience of its visitors."

EE-OZ
“CIT is a partner in anything we develop. They have a huge input into any national programs that we put together in particular Training Packages. We run the idea past CIT to see if it s deliverable, whether it suites the training system and whether it can be delivered at a high quality. CIT is a vital partner to the Industry Skills Council”.

ACT Government – Shared Services
“In 2009 Human Resource Services provided approximately 180 staff the opportunity to have their skills and experiences recognised through the CIT Skills Recognition program with the aim of achieving either a Certificate IV or Diploma in HR Management.
14 Shared Services staff were required to undertake the new unit of study in Workforce Planning before achieving full qualification. CIT facilitated the delivery of this unit in-house and customised the training to include the development and delivery of a work based project.
Shared Services considers the Skills Recognition program to offer a significant contribution to the success of Shared Services in meeting its Vision of attracting and retaining talented and highly motivated people and being regarded as an industry leader.”

Vikings Group
"The industry training we undertake through CIT is an essential part of our business. The various training programs and flexibility that CIT provide us with, allows our staff to develop valuable skills whilst working on the job. This then, opens up various career pathways within the industry. Vikings value the successful, longstanding working partnership we have with CIT."

The Hellenic Club of Canberra
"The Hellenic Club has formed an ongoing partnership with CIT to give all our employees an opportunity to complete a Certificate I and II in Hospitality Operations. The program was designed to ensure a consistent base level of training with particular emphasis on areas of compliance and the delivery of excellence in customer service.
This year we have further customised the training program to adapt to the time demands of our employees. Most Certificate II units are approached in a self paced learning style and can be completed in a time frame that is adaptable to the employee’s lifestyle.
Twice a week CIT provides an instructor/assessor who is available onsite in a dedicated classroom, to provide on-the-spot support. Assessments are conducted ‘on-the-job’ providing a realistic scenario for both the employee and the assessor to base their results."
