Experienced, qualified, industry-connected staff are CIT's greatest asset.

They are experienced - often with decades of real industry knowledge. They are highly qualified, with many holding high level tertiary qualifications and continuing to add to these. And they are always actively involved in the industries they are part of - either juggling work at CIT and work in industry or still involved in other ways.
