CIT Industry Connection Privacy Policy

1. CIT will operate in accordance with the Privacy ACT 1988.

2. CIT will send Industry Connection only to people (including CIT staff members) who have actively subscribed to the database.

3. CIT will provide recipients with the opportunity to unsubscribe via every newsletter that is distributed.

4. Personal information concerning Industry Connection subscribers is collected by CIT, (Reid Campus, Constitution Avenue, Reid, ACT, 2612). CIT will not use personal information for any purpose other than communicating with Industry Connection subscribers, and will not disclose this information to any third party unless required by law.

5. Personal information provided will be held securely and disposed of securely when no longer needed. Subscribers can access and/or correct personal information by contacting CIT.
