Max Archer

After working in one job and industry for over sixteen years, Max Archer decided it was time for a change. "I was looking for a challenge outside my comfort zone and I wanted a job that had a career path. I wanted to prove to myself that I could gain a meaningful qualification."

Max’s experience at CIT was enjoyable and rewarding, giving him the opportunity to meet people from a wide range of ages and nationalities, while instilling in him a sense of optimism. "I wanted to broaden my social interactions as well as my mind and I was convinced that study and gaining a qualification would improve my economic prospects."

The choice of online and face-to-face subjects available at different times also appealed to Max and the costs involved were within his budget. Equally, it was important to Max he gained a nationally recognised qualification and had a pathway to university.

A definite asset in the workplace, Max has been gainfully employed since graduating, putting his skills to good use. Max says studying at CIT has improved his communication skills and given him a broader view of the world. With that kind of outlook, Max is certain to enjoy ongoing success in his new career.
