Marina Martiniello
To enhance her employment prospects and to create a better life for herself and her daughter, Marina Martiniello began the Diploma in Business Administration. "At the time there were skill shortages in business admin, so the demand was there for trained workers."
She chose CIT because it offered her "the best training for me. The study suited my needs." Before she had completed the course she was offered a position in administration, which later led to a permanent position. Marina now works at the CIT Yurauna Centre as the Student Support Coordinator, assisting Indigenous people with their studies. So it seems that what goes around comes around in a good way for Marina and CIT!
