Dayle Brennan

From a young age, I have always had an interest in computers and the IT industry. Hardware and its place in the industry really caught my eye, so I decided to pursue this passion. After completing a Certificate III in networking in high school I started a Diploma of Information Technology (networking) at CIT.

CIT offers some of the best IT facilities to me as a student without the extreme cost of attending university full time. There are very flexible study times and I can study online, face-to-face, or by dropping into one of the learning centres. The teachers use very effective teaching styles, many of which agree with my learning style.

The delivery methods are great, most lectures are straight to the point and easy to follow, and the teachers are very easy to approach with any questions. The networking course was very hands on, learning the ropes by practise not only via theory. The equipment is up-to-date and makes learning easier. My class mates were friendly, the teachers are knowledgeable and the atmosphere great. Summed up in a word - wonderful.
