Summary:This program focuses on contemporary craft, visual art and creative skills applicable to a variety of discipline areas. After completing this program you will have a portfolio and a collection of art and contemporary craft work finished to exhibition standard.
Delivery Mode:1 semester full-time (approx. 29 hours per week) OR part-time equivalent
Job Opportunities:Assistant in visual art and contemporary craft related contexts or entry to other tertiary art and design programs
Entry Requirements:  You must:
- have a Certificate III in Visual Arts and Contemporary Craft CUV30103 or a comparable qualification or equivalent knowledge and skills
OR
- have a Certificate III in Design Fundamentals CUV30303 or a comparable qualification or equivalent knowledge and skills
OR
- have a Certificate II in Art Foundation and have knowledge and skills equivalent to CUFSAF01B Follow health, safety and security procedures.
Availability:Student intake offered in Semester 2
Additional Information:  You will need to purchase equipment for use throughout the program. There will also be a materials cost of approximately $125. In addition, you will need to purchase materials for the completion of projects which remain your property.
