Summary:This program will provide you with skills and knowledge required to implement and develop user and technical documentation by following the stages in the user documentation life cycle: planning, drafting, writing, editing, proofreading, quality checking, and production.
Delivery Mode:1 semester part-time (approx. 2 hours per week)

Entry Requirements:  You must
- have an ACT Year 12 Certificate (or equivalent)
OR
- be Mature Age (turn at least 20 in first year of study)
