Summary:Completion of this program will allow you to gain work in record management areas in private and government organisations. It is also ideal if you are currently working with files and records. You will gain skills in recordkeeping, customer service, word processing, database, workplace safety and working in teams.
Delivery Mode:2 semesters part-time (approx. 12 hours per week).
Job Opportunities:Administrative services officer, administrative assistant, recordkeeping officer.
Entry Requirements:  You must have the following competencies OR be able to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge

Applicants without these competencies or skills may enrol in the Certificate II in Business OR the Training Program in Business Computing Level 1 AND the Training Program in Business Communication and Finance Level 1.

If you are entering this program as a trainee under the Australian Apprenticeships arrangements you must be employed in the industry and you must register with an Australian Apprenticeships Centre prior to enrolment.
Additional Information:  You will be required to pay additional costs (approx $120 per semester) associated with textbook and stationery requirements.
