| Entry Requirements: | You must: - be currently enrolled in the Certificate IV in Allied Health OR - be currently working in an area of allied health assistance | |||
| Additional Information: | BEFORE undertaking any practicum experience you will be required to provide: a completed police check; a Doctor's certificate (to say you are fit to undertake manual handling); evidence of commencement of full immunisation. You will be required to purchase a uniform of a CIT polo shirt and black long pants with appropriate footwear, to be worn on clinical placement, and equipment including text books to the value of approximately $250. An additional materials fee of $25 applies to this program. | |||
