Summary:This program is designed for managers and supervisors or staff seeking those positions. This program will expand your skill base and knowledge and awareness of management practice.
Delivery Mode:Delivery is offered in a variety of modes - depending on individual study, you may complete the programs in 1 semester full-time (approx. 28 hours per week) OR part-time equivalent
Job Opportunities:Team leader, supervisor, first-line manager, middle manager
Entry Requirements:  You must:
- have a Certificate IV in Frontline Management OR equivalent qualification or study
OR
- have at least the equivalent of two years full-time work experience
AND have completed the Training Program in Frontline Management Skills OR be able to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge.

If you do not meet these requirements you might be eligible to enrol in enter a lower level qualification.
Additional Information:  Successful completion of the Diploma of Management provides entry into the Advanced Diploma of Management.
