Summary:This highly successful program will give you skills in current industry software packages, recruitment, performance management, and managing meetings and conferences. Work experience placements will be organised to prepare you for work in the public or private business sector. There is a strong demand from ACT employers for graduates of these programs.
Delivery Mode:1 semester full-time (approx. 24 hours per week) OR part-time equivalent. If you are studying full-time, you will begin study at the start of either semester 1 or semester 2; otherwise you may enrol anytime.

Entry Requirements:  You must have the following competencies OR be able to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge
- BSBITU401A Design and develop complex text documents
- BSBITU402A Develop and use complex spreadsheets
- BSBITU301A Create and use databases
- BSBITU309A Produce desktop published documents
- BSBRES401A Analyse and present research information

Applicants without these competencies or skills may enrol in the Certificate IV in Business Administration OR the Certificate IV in Recordkeeping OR the Training Program in Business Computing Level 2 AND the Training Program in Business Computing Level 3 AND the Training Program in Business Communication Level 3.

If you are entering a program as a trainee under the Australian Apprenticeships arrangements you must be employed in the industry and register with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre prior to enrolment.
Additional Information:  You will be required to pay additional costs (approximately $150 per semester) associated with textbook and stationery requirements.
