Duration: The workshop for this program is two hours, followed by a one hour final assessment of the off-the-job components by CIT Solutions. Additional self-paced work is completed by the participant on-the-job with the employer.
Likely Job Outcome: On successful completion of the training program, the participant will achieve accreditation as an ACTSmart Business and Office Cleaner and will be able to identify and safely handle refuse and recyclable materials.

By enrolling, CIT assumes you have checked and met these entry requirements. CIT staff will confirm either before (for all VET FEE-HELP qualifications) or within the first few weeks of classes.

Applicants will need to be nominated by their employer and supported by ACTSmart.

Before you apply/enrol

To study any course at CIT (excluding degrees and non-accredited training) you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). This includes new students and re-enrolling students.

  3. Verify your USI

It's important that your first name, surname and date of birth in our student system match the ID you use to create your USI (eg if you are Christopher in USI database and Chris at CIT your USI will not verify).

Transition Information

Qualifications at CIT are regularly updated or replaced to meet current industry needs and maximise your employment opportunities. If this occurs while you are part way through a qualification, you may need to vary your learning to meet the new national requirements. CIT will aim to make this as smooth as possible for you.
