Centre for Education Excellence
The Centre for Education Excellence provides educational leadership and builds staff capability in contemporary VET practice:
- contextual and innovative competency-based training and assessment strategies;
- teacher education, workforce skill development and professional development requirements;
- research directions and evaluation findings;
- flexible and online learning, educational design and technology;
- curriculum development, accreditation processess, and tranining needs analysis.
The Centre also supports CIT with the accreditation of courses and leadership in program design.
The Centre operates strategically by applying a client centred, project-based approach through a small management team, reporting to the Centre Director. Centre for Education Excellence staff work collaboratively in dynamic cross-functional teams within the Centre and across the Institute.
